You agree to observe all posted rules/ warnings and any oral instructions or directions given by staff during the class. you recognize there is a level of safety required when using the tools and supplies provided. You assume full responsibility for the use of these tools and supplies. In The Art Of and its partners, team members and associates are not responsible for damages or injuries that may arise on or off the premises as a result of your participation.
Cancellation: Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Events/Classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. You may email us to notify you can your canceling in writing before that 48 hours to cancel. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 48 hour notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Event/Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 48 hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. By purchasing this listing you understand and agree to all terms and conditions
